Lack of proper training and resources for associates and junior staff, despite high expectations. Managers can oversee your work/accounts, but do not meaningfully develop you. If your manager is busy—which everyone is—client work will be prioritized over you.
There is little tolerance for the learning curve, and if you struggle within the first few months, you may be terminated for not being a “good fit.”
Employees are expected to be available outside normal work hours, partly due to the culture and partly because of the nature of the industry. You will be working past 6pm most days.
