Pros
Overall had a very positive experience while employed with the company. CEO is very personable and always made time to work with and speak with his employees. Tries very hard to meet the needs of their employees, but like any growing company they can only do so much with the resources they have. I was placed on a very challenging and demanding project, but in the end was very rewarding. The team was very bright, kind, and professional. I still keep in contact with many of them still as they have made a life long impression on me. I would recommend this company to a friend and would definitely work for them again.
Cons
Not a big deal, but communicating to HR felt like an automated machine. Although they were very quick to respond, I still felt a little left in the dark to figure things out on my own.
