Confusing workplace - Product Manager GlobalConnect Employee Review

Work was interesting, family oriented.

Not many that I can think of.

Salary wasn't bad. Remote work is nice.

There is lack direction and focus. The company can't fulfill its promises or programs to employees and clients. Don't buy into to the kool-aid they are selling it doesn't exist. I took a step back in my career and although it's a small company they don't care about the people that work there or their well being.
