      Pros

      I did not find any cons working in the organization. wfh can be to some but it is only good if you still see any learning or growth in the company.

      Cons

      The company has very low salary even when compared to industry standards; promotions are biased based on how much you agree with your manager and not on your hard work or the outcome; increment in negligible; there is no consistency in the organization and even if you express if you are facing problem or difficulty understanding something instead of helping out seniors hold it against you.

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
