      Pros

      Generally quite permissive of WFH

      Cons

      Management do not care about the quality of the product or the researchers behind it. The company prioritises sales over everything. GlobalData will always provide the bare minimum when it comes to pensions, raises, even essential expenses. One of the most frustrating parts of the job is having to battle constant bureaucracy and budget cuts to secure the bare necessities to be able to do your job.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
