      Worst place for Analysts - Former Analyst GlobalData Employee Review

      Pros

      Good to start your career if you want exposure to industry after PhD

      Cons

      No benefits for Analyst and value for employees zero. No private health insurance. As a publishing company, they have no training programs what so ever for their employees. Management totally lacking. Pay is low and no progression for Analysts.

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Cons

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
