Pros
Workload was manageable most of the time. Colleagues were generally friendly and approachable. Good foundational exposure to fab operations for someone new to the industry.
Cons
Role delegation and tasking could be more structured — some inefficiency there. Previous systems are outdated and the company is mid-transition to newer systems, which creates friction. Expected to self-direct problem-solving without much structured support, which works for some but not everyone.
