Upper mgmt lacks proper Vision - Senior Engineer GlobalFoundries Employee Review

Poor raises when ranked highly. Management clearly lacks vision on where to the future needs to go. Only concerned with daily fires. Appears the only way to advance in this company is to move into management forcing the highly technical, strong troubleshooters away. This company has way to many managers.
