Pros

It has gotten better in some ways. No more yelling at the daily operations meetings. Now it is just politics and opinions. 5 years flew by and there is still a ton of work to do.

Cons

Far too many great people leave. Generally speaking there are great people still there. However a small handful of people have a way of handicapping people in order to climb the corporate ladder. Super easy for people of low talent to get promoted. There is a antiquated path to high performance system that rates people on a bell curve. This system has created a toxic and distrustful working environment. The initial offerings look like great pay and benefits. But over time it dulls, in the face of being a completely unempowered and apathetic work force. Not likely to turn around either since most people have stopped speaking up and new folks don't know any better yet.

Pros

Very supportive team and management to work with from the beginning. Many training classes need to be taken in moving forward to align with the company policies and technical procedures. Good benefits and competitive salary. Have a very positive plan for long term career and educational support tuition. The interview and hiring process are long but informative and responded promptly.

Cons

There are many training classes to take so it may put more stress on a new hire if you do not have a good plan.

Pros

Everyone is willing to help and the training is actually good training

Cons

If I didn’t know someone that worked since I was going to overnights I didn’t really meet anyone on my team except my manager once. Also I wouldn’t know who to reach out like manger wise if I didn’t know someone who already worked here
