Pros
SO... this place is great if you’re just starting in the semiconductor world. There is a somewhat relaxed work environment, in my experience you’re generally left alone unless a specific tool needs attention.
Cons
Training is non existent. You have 90 days to meet expectations that aren’t communicated or you’re out (I made it just fine) There is a MAJOR disconnect between your immediate manager and their boss. Your MSM is the only one looking out for your best interest if you’ve got a good one. Upper management has no idea who works for them and where.
