Pros

State-of-the-art instrumentation Good cafeteria Nice office furniture

Cons

Managers follow the zero sum principle: if they make people under them look ignorant and inept, they think that they look wise and capable, so that the two factors add up to zero. This situation leads to a demoralizing work environment and fear of finger-pointing.

Pros

Very supportive team and management to work with from the beginning. Many training classes need to be taken in moving forward to align with the company policies and technical procedures. Good benefits and competitive salary. Have a very positive plan for long term career and educational support tuition. The interview and hiring process are long but informative and responded promptly.

Cons

There are many training classes to take so it may put more stress on a new hire if you do not have a good plan.

Pros

Great team in Burlington. Diverse technology portfolio provides endless opportunity to learn.

Cons

Non-revenue support groups have small budgets and are seen as cost-burdens. Raises and promotions are behind the industry.
