      Backed by a Rich but Foolish Investor.

      Cons

      Every issue is swept under the carpet. Everything is for show only. Management has integrity issue. It is a Hire & Fire Company. Everyone in the company do not know if they can survive till next year. They only think for themselves. Implement short term and easy solution.
