Pros

No pros ever since the company went public.

Cons

The company has greatly lied to all of it's employees and they ultimately decided to do a company wide layoff to save money. We were lied to about who would be impacted and the percentage of people that would be impacted. They basically only targeted newer people and disregarded high paying irreverent/outdated positions. So you will have zero job security here and they will target you just for being newer even if you have been there over a year with no write ups or no mistakes. They layed off over 800 people two weeks before Christmas just to raise their stock prices when it takes 6+ months just to train up. Needless to say those employees who remain will be overworked and likely leave the company due to corporate greed. This company will play with lives for the sake of stock prices. Ask yourself do you want to risk your livelihood based on the company stock prices?

Pros

Very supportive team and management to work with from the beginning. Many training classes need to be taken in moving forward to align with the company policies and technical procedures. Good benefits and competitive salary. Have a very positive plan for long term career and educational support tuition. The interview and hiring process are long but informative and responded promptly.

Cons

There are many training classes to take so it may put more stress on a new hire if you do not have a good plan.
