Pros

Fairly decent Semiconductor Company to work for, just not for Long-Term employment. A good company to get your feet wet in the industry for a couple of years, then leave. Safety culture is strong at FG.

Cons

Management not willing to deal with Infrastructure Issues as well as High Attrition rates due to sub-par pay compared to other SEMI Mfg companies, even though Management states their pay scales are competitive, they are not competitive for the broader audience. While the company was privately-owned, internally net profits were highly embellished when reported out during Quarterly All-hands Meetings, then when the company went public (IPO), the real truth came out.

Pros

Very supportive team and management to work with from the beginning. Many training classes need to be taken in moving forward to align with the company policies and technical procedures. Good benefits and competitive salary. Have a very positive plan for long term career and educational support tuition. The interview and hiring process are long but informative and responded promptly.

Cons

There are many training classes to take so it may put more stress on a new hire if you do not have a good plan.

Pros

Great team in Burlington. Diverse technology portfolio provides endless opportunity to learn.

Cons

Non-revenue support groups have small budgets and are seen as cost-burdens. Raises and promotions are behind the industry.
