Understands importance of flexibility and work-life balance. Good pay and very good benefits options for current employees. Very young company, they are direct and transparent in their corporate communications. Make quick decisions.
Cons
Very young company yet executive management not interested in listening and learning from others with extensive experience. Lack of clear identity and culture. Just another corporation interested in the bottom line nickel and dime cost-cutting actions (travel/expense restrictions, layoffs, etc..) at the expense of employees instead of holding highly paid executives accountable to the top line.
