Generally, a younger workforce with limited outside company experience. The parking lot is large and full usually requiring a long walk to the main entrance.

Senior-level leadership exposure, live projects, and great brand name.

Internship structure was unorganized. Job felt a lot more shadowing rather than responsibility.
