Good coworkers, friendly and nice

Low salary Bad management, they refuse you taking toilet breaks and time you for going to the toilet, bad micromanagement and management plays favorites Departments are not doing their jobs and keep sending clients to unrelated departments like commercial dept sending clients to tech dept for payments or backoffice being slow with their works and tech dept getting all the anger from the clients Impolite clients, no blacklists for numbers from clients who say bad words, yell at you at the time and management wants you not to hang up while you're being cursed at with bad words and yelled at. Your stats being tracked instead of the work and effort you put in. You are forced to work holidays even at Eid Kbir you have to work instead of spending time with your loved ones or family, you even have to work on Workers Day I wouldn't even recommend to clients to even subscribe with your internet with how bad your service, structres and procedures are.

Working in a very dynamic and talented team provided me the opportunity to discover and learn new technologies. 3S also provides a stress less work environment as the team is very friendly and professional.

Cons

Too much working hours Not much opportunities to travel
