Pros
There are accelerated programs which help employees to learn and grow. My colleagues are very friendly and support each other. The company offers cab service for night shift employees The company deducts a charge of 750rs per month for canteen which is very minimal and an employee can avail lunch,dinner and snacks everyday.(Some might see this as a con but I think the charge is very minimal and its useful for people living away from their home)
Cons
Salary is very low. There is cab service for night shift only and it's management is very poor. In case if there are no projects available then an employee will be put on bench and will not be paid even the base salary.If an employee is benched he will not be on payroll until the next project arrives. The charge for canteen services is compulsory even if the employee does not utilise it's services.
