Pros

I was impressed at the growth this company had in 4 years and I saw the potential growth it could still have. I loved what I did.

Cons

An employer should never mess with your paycheck. Ever. If you do sales then get it in writing the payroll date that the monthly commission check falls on. I tried to get this twice to no avail. The President of the company will send text on weekends that also included non work related topics such as "Foods with Protein". Systems and policies are set up yet the President of the company is all over the place and is not able to follow them and this causes unnecessary chaos. Your supposed to have office time to catch up on your action items but with him there you don't get time to work as he pulls you into multiple directions. He says he can't handle the pressure so he says things (berates and belittles you) and he doesn't remember what he said two minutes later. Trouble is you do & you were just following his instructions to a T and he can't remember giving them. With the president of the company you feel as if your walking on egg shells and you try to stay out of the office (which is helpful when your sales) because when he's there he usually is unhappy. Weekly meetings seem to set the tone for the week & if he is unhappy with another co worker you will feel the brunt of it as well and that coworker tends to mess up a lot. No benefits.

Pros

It was a challenging job, but working on it kept me motivated. I’m really glad I joined this team—it’s a great group of people to work with. Everyone is supportive, and being part of such a positive and collaborative environment makes the experience even more rewarding.

Cons

I appreciate your efforts in managing the sales process overall. However, in some cases, being more open and proactive in internal communication could help the team achieve its goals more easily.
