Pros

Catering lunches- although if you do not have the 1st lunch they are only there for an hour and gone by 1pm or sold out.

Cons

No training - it was promised but never completed. 1 day was all i received but they continued to hire after me and fully train those employees. Pay is severely under market and management is overwhelmed with the amount of trainees they have. Supervisors take off all the time or leave early. You are basically monitored down to the minute when it comes to be away from your desk.

Recruiting can be fast-paced at times, especially during periods of growth, but leadership provides the resources and support needed to be successful.
