      If you're a Millennial or younger, this is not the place for you. If you like keeping your head down and doing manual work that could and should be done digitally and automatically, then you'll fit right in. Otherwise, don't bother. Efficiency ideas are always shot down. The systems are ancient, basic, and broken. Welcome to the stoneage.
