      Pros

      Solid stock performance, leadership is generally rational, critical thinking is reasonably sound (even if overly cautious and safe). Many good people. If you don't have to deal with Andy King, it could be a great place to work.

      Cons

      Well behind the technology curve. Slow to change. Senior leadership fails to address the rampant workplace bullying perpetrated by their President/Chief Marketing Officer, Andy King.

      I don't really see any pros after reading reviews.

      Cons

      Poor, indirect communication. First contact was a recording. The second contact was another recording. They requested that I dress professionally for a zoom call, which I did consider. However, after researching the company, I am convinced that this is not a supportive environment.
