Great opportunity to learn new technology. They are giving trainings to help you develop your skills. Included bonus like company shares, subsidies, and other benefits.
Cons
Low salary. Work is overwhelming so you need to OT sometimes, take note that there is no OT pay. Working with other group or team is challenging. Work is a lot more stressful given the current layoff. Frequent reorg as in every year. Slow growth in terms of salary, I am promoted with more works and advanced my level during reorg yet the salary stayed the same.
