Pros
I stayed for 24 years. Within those years I was promoted 6 times, had 26 bosses and had the most rich, most wonderful work experience. Globe itself is a wonderful company, deserving respect, accolades and love.
Cons
Middle management toxicity - With 24 bosses, of course I won't always have the best bosses. Some were toxic enough to cause hospitalization, mental health issues, emotional turmoil, loss of self-confidence, extreme sadness and anxiety.
