There is no higher challenging opportunity to group.

Decent pay, nice office, quarterly bonuses.

Constant micromanagement, favoritism/bullying and passive aggressive drama. There is nowhere to move up /advance and don't expect a raise in any capacity. Bonuses are used to supplement any kind of raise. Expect to be overwhelmed every single day while management takes 2 + hour lunches.
