      Great environment, great facility, great people, great projects.

      Cons

      Still missing tools to evaluate the professionals correctly. They need to implement tools and processes that allow them to better understand their team and implement a culture that leads to Meritrocracy.

      Cons

      Company engagement with employees and interpreters is practically non-existent. Expected for a fully remote job but the incentive of engagement would motivate performance to an entirely new level
