in my experience, work culture challenging hai. management n HR communication quite strict feel hota hai, micro freding, and expectations bhi kaafi high rehti hai. day, eod, weekly, monthly, quaterly, half yearly, in excel, in ppt, in task management software, yaha proper sing with me culture hai… if u don’t align, it may affect your career
job roles bhi sometimes clearly defined nahi hote… like logistics ya cordinators teams ko apne core profile ke bahar ka kaam bhi de diya jata hai, which can be confusing
last 1–2 years me employee layoffs bhi kaafi high laga… which may some internal challenges with HR,s and Management more then actual layoffs . job stability uncertain feel hoti hai bahut jada, so better to clarify everything before joining
