Pros

Everyone in the company is friendly and kind, with a good social and workplace balance. Fair pay and additional perks that don’t get missed. Management is kind and friendly and will always help you succes in the career you want if you are dedicated

Cons

Being in complaints you don’t get the best reaction from customers which can effect your day, management are always there to listen and help you but you are responsible for any bad caller

Pros

Fantastic place to work, given all the tools to be successful. Lead quality, company structure and the standing and reputation in the market. You work hard and you'll be rewarded, precisely want you want as a salesperson. Great workplace culture, can't recommend enough. Wish I'd joined sooner.

Cons

Little to none. Work from home is a huge advantage, and any cons to that are offset by the ability to go into the office whenever you wish.

Pros

Remote working, strong foothold in industry and a relatively good sales model.

Cons

Management, some seem to think because of longevity in the company and position they have some ego complexes or even small man syndrome and communication is utterly poor amongst departments to the point you have to consistently chase for changes/ actions.
