      Pros

      Great schedule. 3 days per week and every other weekend. A lot of education and support. There is always someone to call if you have questions. New grad friendly!

      Cons

      The first few days of training were challenging due to issues with IT and computer access but I don't believe that had much to do with Glycare specifically. Other than that things have been smooth. A lot of studying but I expected that being a new NP

      Pros

      The flexibility and work-life balance is a big perk. The team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely fun to work with. The training is thorough, well thought out, and actually prepares you to do the job at a high level. Overall, I feel like I'm really making a difference in patient care.

      Cons

      The pace can be a lot at first but you adjust fast and the support is there.

      This is a great company to work for, Leadership is compassionate and they care about employees as people, especially when it comes to work-life balance and personal situations. The corporate environment is collaborative, and the teams are supportive and easy to work with. I look forward to continuing my career with this company.

      At this time nothing stands out. Overall has been a very positive experience
