Family like workplace between employees and supervisors. Flexibility when something comes up. The best chance to get your foot in the door and gain experience. Job security (likely because of the cons listed below)
Cons
No growth opportunity beyond personal auto policy claims handling. Lack of true direction from upper management. The company is expanding, but did not hire additional claim adjusters and appraisers beforehand to handle the increasing workload. This causes newer hires to be overloaded with claims from jump and soon leave. The claim volume in the last year has been difficult to say the least.
