      Schedules are very flexible and the staff are nice.

      Cons

      The company is led by a CEO that changes her mind constantly which creates a lot of work for everyone involved. It's a lot of work but the company doesnt go anywhere which is sad.

      fond memories with staff, decent pay for time

      understaffed like anywhere else from what i remember and got blamed for a lot of underserved things felt overworked
