Pros
International company (colleagues from around the world), relaxed atmosphere, no Japanese level required, good for starting your career in Japan, lots of passionate people in the company.
Cons
No growth, mild favoritism with the management, they don’t give you positive options when you express disappointment with the company/your current position. They ask you to be ok with where you are or what you have, or leave. When you do leave, they suddenly give you a counter offer to make you stay. Staff are also pretty much overworked due to shortage of full-time employees (they prefer part-timers most of the time).
