The office is great and I truly enjoy being around the team. We often go out for events on Thursday nights and have great all-inclusive company getaways. Beyond the perks, there is plenty of room for improvement and growth. We are a small team so at times people get the opportunity or grow and/or start working with different machines. Go is the beginning of my career - room for growth internally IS a HUGE bonus for me.

The direction of the company changes often... but that is inevitable in a start up. If you are willing to "work the grill" and put in the effort to make the company grow than Go is a perfect fit for you. If you want a job that doesn't require much effort and is set in their ways then please... stay away. If you want to feel challenged and enjoy finding ways to remove the fork thats in the road than Go is what you are looking for. I have been with the company for a little over a year and my job requirements have changed a lot - I found joy in that but others may disagree.

Worked from home with good pay.

Very disorganized company. Owner was never honest and always evaded issues by just ranting about how great the idea of car insurance via an app was. Claims was a crapshoot, customers were basically ignored and hanged dry with no resolutions. Horrible management, employees came and went extremely quickly. Owner talked about being “open” but was never transparent and honest about the actual company situation. Pay would be occasionally delayed for days.
