      Pros

      The new CEO is great- she is smart and has an infectious passion for the market segment. The team is a wonderful bunch of people who work together to solve problems and create great products. I enjoy working with them. The products work. The products are simple and straight forward to use. They work better than most things out there. My teeth are white, my breath is fresh and I have no sensitivity issues.

      It is a small company.

      Pros

      + Great office location (4th street Berkeley with lots of shops/ restaurants) + Solid product (teeth whitening) + Sunny office/ collaborative work environment

      Cons

      + Executive leadership team is not to be trusted. Numerous violations on ethical conduct. + The salaries are below average for the industry. + Never felt like I could trust the management in this organization. + High turnover, no real growth opportunities. + High levels of micro management from executives even though there were smart, capable employees. + There was 'high drama' incidents. Still current President made several employees cry and flat out lied at company meetings. Highly unprofessional. + Very negative / tense work environment. + No schedule flexibility or work from home.
