Pros
all of the employees are positive and uplifting. It is a comfortable atmosphere and they make sure you have everything you need to do your job even the little things. The programs they give us to work with really do make my job easier, They work hard to provide very good leads for me to work with. Everyone Make you Feel special on your birthday, so far i have seen them have small office party's for everyone on there birthday.. Some days i do not need to bring lunch because they get it for us.
Cons
when everyone is working it can get a little loud, although they purchased white noise machines, when they need to be turned on it helps..
