Small company allows for easy communication and access to management. They provide great benefits (health ins, etc.) and have a very flexible work environment. The work is constant but manageable, saying busy is easy, but almost never overwhelming. Feeling appreciated at work is hard to come by these days, but not here. It's nice to know what you do is noticed.

Reviews: there was no process to get a formal review. Having goals to meet is something I think we all appreciate. BUT that is changing in the next few months. So they are already working on implementing a review program and correcting the one "con" I can think of.
