Pros
Flexible work schedule, lots of opportunity to grow, if you're willing to put yourself out there and try for it, the company will embrace your willingness to try. No penalty for trying and failing, which is encouraged, but lots of accountability built in. Collaborative environment with employees who want to support each other and a CEO who really genuinely "believes" in other people and wants them to succeed.
Cons
The rapid pace of growth has left a lack of a middle bench of staff, the pay is not always great/competitive for certain positions. There can be a lot of focus on technical measurement and quantitative analysis, even for positions or jobs that aren't a fit for it. Making an effort in DE&I, but can do more.
