      - The company, established in 2021, is rapidly growing and offers significant potential for new positions. - Communication is clear and as concise as possible. - Our concerns are listened to and handled appropriately. - As BDR we have achievable KPIs and great sales comissions - The flexible schedules allow me to maintain an excellent work-life balance - After 13 years in the local BPO industry, the opportunity to work for a U.S. company was life-changing.

      - We need a better structure for certain processes, such as performance, feedback, new hire onboarding and training.

      I feel amazingly grateful to be part of the Gofasti team, I have found people who inspire me to be better and to dream big. I’m being led by examples of teamwork and empathy. I found in Gofasti the opportunity to manage my own time, and feel that I’m being trusted and that I can trust my team. Can’t think of a better feeling than to have the heart at ease, and that is exactly how my heart is with Gofasti.

      For people that are not used to working remotely, time management in remote environments can be tricky.
