      You don't really do much here

      Cons

      They have no idea what's going in. Their CTO is in Chicago and the CEO always tries to ask you to do things that are either pointless or impossible. This seems more like a tax writeoff for them

      Pros

      Growing start up flexibility to work on multiple projects interesting idea being implemented I personally got a lot to learn from the team and CEO

      Cons

      location Berkeley not SF! should not be a problem as such but one of the cons i guess. limited resources. since it is a growing start up infrastructure resources are limited at the moment
