Pros
- creative environment - anyone can come up with ways to make the website more appealing - plenty of opportunities to try out new things: text& photo editing, creating content, online marketing
Cons
- the only thing that would make it better would be to get paid for the work done here, but since it's a student start-up, for now it's motivating enough being able to go our own way.
