Pros

Any benefits they did have, have been taken away. Leaving will be the best thing you can do for yourself. There used to be really incredible people who worked here.

Cons

Took away 4 day work week after hiring many people under the gauze that it was a benefit to justify their pay level being low then never added more pay to account for the addition entire day of work added every week. Added a work tracking software to all laptops that they said wouldn’t be a huge deal but ended up being all they care about. (No matter what rating you get in performance reviews or your consistent loyalty to the “mission”) Lacking the “high reward” of startups. It is a high risk and no reward company. CEO lost faith in the product and vision, it’s rubbing off on everyone and causing extreme toxicity. You will never feel stable at this company. There is a consistent feeling of turmoil. Repeated layoffs and workforce reductions across all business units. Zero actual HR happening here. Inclusion and diversity is non-existent. Have continuously added interns year in and out then replacing loyal and higher talent with lesser paid post-grad talent. Some leaders make comments and generalizations consistently that highly offensive with no consequences even when reported to “HR”. You’ll be asked to give 200% with little given to you in return. The CEO thinks his team is “entitled”, but he is in fact the entitled one to believe people should sacrifice their mental wellbeing to go above and beyond for a company that will get rid of them for cheaper workers as soon as they can. No growth opportunities. When they lay off half your team, you will be expected to pick up the slack without any additional compensation or recognition.

Thank you for your feedback. We value feedback from all employees, past and present, to help identify areas for improvement. We are sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet expectations. The last few years have been challenging for many tech startups, including ours. As part of adapting, we made the tough decision to remove the 4-day workweek to meet business and operational needs. Employees were given the option to voluntarily depart with severance when this change was implemented, while we continued investing in flexible, remote work. Although tracking software is never popular, we communicated its purpose clearly—to address concerns like quiet quitting in a fully remote environment. We understand that change can be difficult, and we acknowledge the concerns that come with it. We’re also concerned to hear about issues raised regarding HR and leadership support. Ensuring employees feel respected and valued remains a priority, and we are committed to fostering a transparent, inclusive, and supportive environment. Thank you again for your input. We take these comments seriously and are committed to making improvements. Please feel free to reach out to hr@golinks.io if you have any additional insights to share.

Pros

Small team, but very good. You can learn a lot from it. It's also remote, and offers good perks for interns.

Cons

Pay isn't competitive enough, but in this market it's decent.

Pros

Most relaxed working environment, people seem pretty nice and open

Cons

Low expectations if any at all. As kind as they seem, leadership does not work hard to challenge you at all. No accountability, a lot of gossip, not very professional behavior. Whole lot of favoritism which is why some people still have jobs there - they can underachieve and still survive. The products themselves are purely a nice to have and all in over saturated spaces. Nothing original or interesting here and they can’t afford to pay people what they deserve - 45k for sales rep is ridiculous at this point in time. They try very hard to not promote and when they do they don’t even up the pay. A lot of hiring and firing purely to look good on paper - makes the company look like it’s doing a lot but really there are pretty much zero deals happening there. Go to GoLinks if you wanna waste time and make pennies. Anyone worth anything in sales will run away as fast as possible. But hey, at least they’re kinda nice to your face?
