Lots of Internal Issues - Associate GoMacro Employee Review

Lots of internal issues. Hiring process lacking and honestly concerning. CEO needs to hand over the reigns to a more qualified CEO. Also, CEO lives across the country in CA and very disconnected from the reality of everyday operations yet still makes decisions like that is not the case. Founders often aren't the best fit to continue in role of CEO as company grows; they should have hired from outside many years ago and it's problematic that they do not recognize this after many years. Supervision and accountability of supervisors' role is lacking. Blame any issues on employees who were not properly trained in the first place - which falls back on the leaders of the company.
