Very few - like growing company and good senior team - Not founder.
Cons
very poor organisation culture, very bad personal life, founders treat employees like slaves, only after funding. Founders behave like celebrates. Everyone is unhappy, all want to leave. All reviews are fake - pay for google from customers, here from employees is forced.
