      - Very open and honest culture - Lots of growth opportunity - Great leadership, they care about their people - Very user centric, always looking to improve product based on users as opposed to leaderships view - Great pay, GoProposal make sure to pay people what they're worth and always take the market into consideration to ensure they don't lose people to the current market

      The company creates a culture of freedom, innovation and experimentation that has created the most enjoyable role I've ever had.

      Cons

      I don't think this is a con, but if you are not willing to completely live the culture and values of where you work it isn't for you.

      - really strong team culture - everyone acts with integrity and has the best interests of the clients and company in mind - excellent salary - relaxed vibe in the office - high levels of automation

      - like any startup sometimes processes are being built as we go
