Ego is huge! Goals do not align with the functions of the business. Meetings that are scheduled for 1 hour and tend to go 3 hours with no real outcome. All employees are used as more of an ego booster to management, instead of performance driven succession and support to the business. Degrading comments to employees from all tiers of management regularly (but mostly upper upper management) Lofty company objectives. Motivation from all employees seems to be slowly stripped away due to the culture they have cultivated. Lack of boundaries from CEO. Be prepared to feel drained, unaccomplished and frustrated.

Fully comprehensive health insurance is good. But you have to spend 3 months without insurance.

They are busy firing quality employees with team spirit. There could not be a workplace that demotivates employees better. A terrible workplace where people are worthless and some people are even subjected to discrimination.
