Pros

The people are great, the culture is great, don't require you to deal with threatening or offensive customers, incentive for learning and cisco certs Great place to start in the tech fields especially networking,

Cons

Pay is quite low for mid to higher end tech support reps.

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
