      Freedom. We value the ability to get your work done and not be tied to your desk.

      Cons

      Change, there are many changes going on. Not a huge Con, but sometimes it’s nice to know what to expect.

      LogMeIn definitely values the work our employees do, over the time they spend tied to their desk, our culture and our products reflect that! We are growing and moving rapidly and can always do a better job of communicating. Please do reach out to the product leaders to get more information on the roadmaps and we’ll work to include more updates on the timelines in the BU All Hands and other town hall meetings.

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
