Pros

The following lines are based on a good few months, after the umpteenth job-shift of a ’fastidious’ guy; who is finally satisfied & happy @LogMeIn Budapest Office. Supportive env. – ’peer like’ bosses & helpful colleagues + a detailed online-corporate-knowledge_base ensures here to have my work supported, very well. The environment is relaxed, and pleasant – including snooker, Xbox & all those other ’free-time’ extras; moreover, we have Community meals/events & a social roof-terrace. Cool small’extras’ we have, as free drinks including fresh orange juice and fresh coffee, plus a pleasant tea corner. Work/life balance is more than good, it is notably good from a U.S. based multinational company. I only focus here what I really like: Coding & Relax; while being also well-paid. This means a good compensation package; including healthcare& insurance.

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
