      Pros

      * Work from home friendly company, many teams already had members from different places pre covid so the sudden switch to all remote wasn't that impactful. * Non toxic workplace * Self care day (one Friday off a month) should hopefully get extended past Covid

      Cons

      * Unsure about product future * Mgmt lacking vision * Can be a bit chaotic * Backend dev do unpaid on-call while frontend dev don't really have much oncall

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
