Pros
The company is great about rewarding employees who perform and dedicate themselves to their job. As a member of the Sales organization at LogMeIn, I can say that there is no shortage of incentives, SPIFs, company lunches, outings, and many other ways that the company shows appreciation for its employees. The company is growing and there are opportunities for advancement. Overall, the management team that is in place is approachable and sincerely cares about the quality of life of their employees.
Cons
The company is in a transitional period as they have grown out of "start-up" status, and are finding their footing as a mid-size company. This can mean a lot of internal change and can keep you on your toes.
